Bac Duong Factory (formerly Factory No. 2) belongs to Thuong Dinh Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company (CADI-SUN) and was established in 2003 in an area of 46,000 m2 in Cam Dien commune, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province. At that time, the factory was considered by experts to be modern and have a large capacity in the "electric cable field". Over the years, the factory continued to invest in expanding production scale and improving organizational capacity.

Scale: The factory includes 12 specialized departments and production workshops, warehouses, mechanical and electrical facilities, etc., with full synchronously-invested equipment imported from advanced countries in the world: Germany, France, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc., with a total investment of USD 40 million.
