On 12^th November 2015 afternoon, at its headquarters, CADI-SUN held the Commencement ceremony of the Enterprise Resource Planning implementation Project – ERP. At the ceremony, DigiNet Company’s CEO – Mr. Tran Dao Anh and CADI-SUN Company’s CEO – Mr. Pham Luong Hoa signed the Agreement on Project plan with the witness of the parties.

Before applying ERP, CADI-SUN put the information technology application into its management works. However, with complex fluctuations of the economy and the needs of the market, while the managing system is distributed and data are discrete which can not be further upgraded and developed to meet new needs. The implementation of ERP is an urgent need as from the company’s real internal situation.

CADI-SUN is to implement the solution named Lemon 3 by Diginet, including modules: Module of Finance - Accounting, Production Management, Customer Relations and Human Resources, Salary Management. The solution will be implemented in a large scale, including Headquarters, 04 manufacturing plants, one industrial cluster and 6 branches of CADI-SUN nation-wide.

Mr. Huynh Tan Quyen - Deputy General Director of CADI-SUN Company, head of the project said, “The investment in machinery, personnel, and modern management process is the company's new strategy with the aim to enhance international competitiveness, especially in the context of  opening and integration of global economy. ERP is one of the important projects of this plan and being concentrated on for implementation by CADI-SUN.”
 
According to the plan, the project will be implemented in the period of 20 months and will be officially operated on the whole system by July 2017.
