During early 06 months of the year, the economy’s downturn has significantly affected business and production situation of the enterprises. While many of them have chosen a plan of dismissing their workers in order to overcome the burden of the costs, CADI-SUN is still promoting its production and creating jobs to ensure its workers' lives.
As of the end of June 2013, according to the data compiled by the Company’s Human Resource and Administration Department, the number of staff and employees remained stable at 439 employees, with a steady average income of 5.7 million/person. Compared to the plan, during the first six months, the Company has further reached 20% of its total output value, 103% of its revenue and 34% of its profit over the same period in 2012. CADI-SUN is categorized in the top 20 best enterprises of the capital, and honored to receive the emulation flag from the Chairman of Hanoi city People’s Committee.
To achieve these results, in recent years, the Company has accelerated the itinerary of business restructure in a streamlined and effective way. It is shown by contracting products to each production unit for the purpose of enhancing value and responsibility of workers, well applying initiatives and innovations in its production; well implementing the quality policy and considering the productquality to be the first decisive criterion for the survival of the business. Because of improving quality management processes and systems under the European standards including RoHs and VDE, CADI-SUN has become a regular partner of major groups around the world such as Vinadual and Stanley. Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand have also become potential markets of the Company. One of the important solutions applied by CADI-SUN in such early months is that in order to well develop its market share in the country, the Company has signed agency contracts and assigned targets to each group of customers. Over the past 02 months, in practice, the value and number of purchase orders received by its factories have gone up dramatically. Dai Duong Factory has planned to increase its production activities… and arrange for workers to work overtime to fulfill the production and business plan as required by its customers. With spirits: dynamic, creative, dare- to-think, dare-to-do, the Company has promoted its internal strength to strongly overcome difficulties, expand its production, create jobs, increase the income for workers, and at the same time to prove its prestige and brand.
