CADI-SUN: Training internal evaluation method of quality management system

The internal evaluation of quality management system under the standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 is the inspection and determination of the application of regulations on quality management system at units / departments within the system, in which the evaluator plays an important role. The evaluator must be knowledgeable of evaluated activities, and also must be trained and coached methodically, professionally about evaluation knowledge and skills, in order to be able to consider and judge on the regulations implementation of the quality management system in specific situations. In order to improve the evaluation profession for internal evaluation staff, in two past days of 13 and 14/12/2014, CADI-SUN in collaboration with International Management Consultants and High Technical Support Co. Ltd organized a training course " evaluation method of quality management system in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001: 2008". Participating in the training course includes 42 officers who are leaders of company, factory; director of division units, head / deputy head of departments, production teams. 
 


Through the training course, the company’s officers and staff has been more consolidated with the knowledge of ISO, the quality management system. The training course time is spent primarily to equip the necessary knowledge of theory and practice to ensure that the trainees can understand and are able to perform an internal quality evaluation focusing on analyzing the requirements of standard  in terms of evaluation. The  trainees are also equipped with skills of evaluation specialist  (skills of questioning, listening, comparing, sampling); methods of organizing records in evaluation; method of reporting non-conformity ; monitoring the corrective actions after evaluation ... The classes include practice exercises, discussions, circumstantial exercises to help trainees to interest and receipt better lessons. During the training time, the trainees were engaged seriously, fully, and gave opinion enthusiastically, asked critical questions to each topic given by trainer and completed well the final course exam.

Mr. Huynh Tan Quyen - Deputy General Administration Director of the Company said that the training course is very practical and useful for the company because thereby it helps enhance both the quantity and quality of internal quality evaluation staff, then they can advise the Company’s leader to make the accurate and timely decision of instructions and management, the effectiveness of the quality management system is more and more improved.
