On the morning of 20^th April, the CADI-SUN Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 was organized successfully in Hanoi with the participation by a large number of shareholders.

In nearly 2 hours of urgent and serious meeting, the Meeting approved the report on production and business activities; tasks of the Board of Directors in 2022 and plans in 2023 and many other important contents.



Accordingly, in 2022, despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of the pandemic and unpredictable fluctuations of the world economy and politics, thanks to the correct and flexible direction and leadership of the Board of Directors, with the tireless efforts of the executive team and employees, CADI-SUN basically completed the set goals.

Specifically, the production and business results of the whole company are basically profitable. Factories invest, perfect and put into operation production lines and equipment, contributing to increase productivity and product quality. Luong Dien Industrial Cluster’s revenue increased by 3.62% compared to that in 2021.

The company maintained a stable staff. In addition to a widely-developed agent system, accounting for 80% of total revenue, the market through electricity and construction channels has shown signs of positive development. CADI-SUN brand is increasingly asserting its position in the market.

Regarding the goals and key tasks in 2023, the Meeting determined to strive for a growth at 10%, ensuring to maintain and stabilize the market and market share. In addition, focusing on manufacturing strong products such as medium voltage cables, rubber cables, control cables, and civil wires. The company also aims to stabilize personnel and maintain stable production activities, creating momentum for new steps in the following years.



The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 took place during the period when all officers and employees of CADI-SUN tried their best to achieve achievements to celebrate the 38^th anniversary of the establishment and development of the Enterprise and the 24^th anniversary of the establishment of the Company. Previously, the 13^th CADI-SUN Sports Competition was held with exciting and attractive matches. In addition, the two contests I am CADI-SUNER and Online CADI-SUN Beauty also attracted the participation by a large number of staff and employees.
