On 10^th October 2014 morning, at the office of CADI-SUN Group, the signing Ceremony of the principle Contract on subleasing the land use rights was signed by and between Truong Duong Construction and Investment JSC., (CADI-SUN Group Member) and Capital Concord Enterprises Limited (Financial Investment Company owned by Fulgent Sun Group).
 According to the signed contract, CADI-SUN agreed to Capital Concord Enterprises Limited subleasing the land area of 6.5 ha in the Luong Dien Industrial Park (Luong Dien commune, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province) with Truong Duong Construction and Investment JSC., as an investor. In this land lot, Fulgent Sun shall build the factory of shoes and establish Ngoc Hung Footwear Limited Company with 100% foreign invested capital Fulgent Sun is the large Group of production, finance in Taiwan with three factories in China, two factories in Taiwan, one factory in Hung Yen - Vietnam, one factory in Cambodia and one company of finance, securities in Hong Kong with 16,000 employees and production capacity of 15 million pairs of shoes each year. Fulgent Sun has the close relations with the giant shoe brands in the world such as: Nike, Avia (USA); Meindl (Germany), Mam Mut (Switzerland), La Sportiva (Italian)...
  
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Lin Wen Chih - Chairman of Fulgent Sun expressed his pleasure for finding this ideal investment location with the advantageous geographical location, abundance in local human resources and the reasonable labor cost.
