Restructuring is a solution for businesses during recession period

Vietnam’s economic experts have all noted that in the present time, smart businesses with strategic vision are those who dare to determinedly change, restructure, make self-assessments and renew themselves. There are many ways for such businesses to implement their restructurings, however, it is critical that they need to know that their existing models must be re-identified before carrying out “thereplacement of the apparatus” of the organizational systems. In the process of corporate management and control, the Company’s management has said that “Human resources are “the core” of a business. The most inevitable and important corporate restructuring is just the restructuring and improvement of human resource department”.


 Human Resource Restructuring Board of the Company was established with the functions of giving directions and supervising the implementation of human resource restructuring in the whole company. All activities from the assessment of workload for each position to human resource planning, setting norm for production stages and packaging of salary funds for labors… will be implemented in association with the completed roadmap before 31st June 2013.
 
The businesses can’t await the opportunities to appear other than be self-motivated to find out solutions to adapt to the present situation. It is certain that human resource restructuring at CADI-SUN will create new values for itself, make it become more attractive under the eyes of investors, and result in the more effective business operations.

According to the information from the Restructuring Project Board, at the end of 31st January 2013, the assessment of workload for each labor and planning were completed, the addition of personnel to Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Dak Lak branches are making positive changes, and supervision and calculation of production stages at the two factories are continuously carried out as a basis for product-based salary packaging.
