As an enterprise operating in the field of production and trading of electric cables with 3 large production plants and an industrial cluster in Hanoi/Hai Duong, annually, CADI-SUN has organized internal inspection and assessment and at the same time coordinated with Quacert to organize evaluation sessions to maintain the system, promptly detect incompliance points to overcome and improve, etc., thereby helping enterprises to manage their work methodically and effectively, improving productivity and product quality as well.

This year, in the context of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Quacert Center conducted an online assessment. After 2 days of intensive and extensive work, the assessment team found that CADI-SUN's system documents were first issued in 2002 and are regularly revised and supplemented such as: Quality manual, regulation procedures, regulations, guidelines, etc. These documents have basically met the requirements of the technical regulation and are regularly revised and supplemented to suit reality.
Legal documents, production control documents, incoming material inspection documents and finished product inspection records, equipment control records, supplier evaluation records, training records, etc., basically fully maintained.
Internal audit records detect non-conforming contents and noticeable contents help the Company a lot in improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The production equipment systems of all 3 factories are maintained following the plan, meeting strict requirements on occupational safety. The inspection, measuring and testing equipment systems are all calibrated internally or externally, calibration records are fully stamped and maintained. The production environment is spacious, suitable for lighting requirements, and the temperature is properly maintained to meet production requirements.
The personnel records that are randomly assessed show that the employees have been signed labour contracts and trained in occupational safety in accordance with related regulations; the personnel are very attached to the company, many have been working with the company since the early days of establishment.
