On January 27, CADI-SUN Company organized a conference to summarize activities in 2023 and announced directions and tasks for 2024.

According to the General Statistics Office, the country's economy will experience a year 2023 of difficulties due to the impact of world economic and political fluctuations. Gross domestic product (GDP) is estimated to increase by 5.05% over the previous year, only higher than the growth rate of 2.87% and 2.55% in 2020 and 2021. The value of the entire industry only increased 3.02% compared to that of the previous year, which is the lowest increase in the period 2011-2023.



In the context of common difficulties, with the attention and direction of the Board of Directors, the efforts of all staff and employees, etc., CADI-SUN's production and business activities achieved encouraging results. Factories have stabilized production pace and respond well to orders. Specifically:

Dai Duong Factory: Output of imported copper materials increased by 26%; Civil wire components increased by 30%.

Bac Duong Factory: Copper material output increased by 4.4%; Finished products sold by product groups increased on average by 11.6%.

Hoang Duong Factory: Output of copper casting materials increased by 1%; Finished products sold in this product group increased from 11-47%.



Last year's branch and agent system operated effectively, making a great contribution to the company's revenue. Improving sales policies to benefit consumers helps increase its competition in the market. The CADI-SUN brand is increasingly improving with quality products, winning the trust of customers. The company also maintains a stable human resources team, ensuring salaries and bonuses for nearly 700 employees. Along with that are activities to take due care of the spiritual life of employees, many cases of illness, mourning, wedding, etc., events are promptly supported and encouraged by the union.

With the spirit of constant striving, CADI-SUN is honored to receive many noble awards such as: Top 1 Most-favoured Vietnamese Goods, Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam for many consecutive years, Top 50 excellent growing Vietnamese enterprises. Recently, CADI-SUN electric cable products have been honored by the Hanoi People's Committee in the Top 10 Key Industrial Products, marking 16 consecutive years as the Capital's Key Industrial Products since 2007.



Entering 2024, challenges are forecast to continue for domestic businesses. To successfully fulfill economic targets and affirm its position in the electric wire and cable market, CADI-SUN continues to be steadfast in its three-best policy: "The best quality products, the most reasonable prices, and the most perfect after-sales service".

The company strives to maintain good production and business activities and speed up the progress of the Bac Duong factory expansion project (Hai Duong) to improve production capacity, and prompt and adequate supply of products for orders. Besides, continue to research and improve sales policies in association with reality, thoroughly apply ISO 9001:2015 management process, 5S tools to improve production efficiency, avoid wastefulness, and lower the prices of products to increase competitiveness; at the same time, promote meetings, offers, and search for export customers.

Although the road ahead is still difficult, the staff and employees will continue to make efforts and unite to make the CADI-SUN brand increasingly develop, contribute more to the capital's economy as well as be worthy of the trust of customers.
