CADI-SUN, formerly known as Thuong Dinh Cooperative Group, was established and operated during the difficult years of the country before the renovation period. From a small production facility, the unit grasped the opportunity, transformed the model to adapt and integrate with the market economy. Year 1999 marked an important turning point when the unit officially transformed into Thuong Dinh Company Limited, then Thuong Dinh Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company, opening a new chapter in the history of its business development.
After 4 decades of efforts (1985-2025), CADI-SUN has continuously grown in both scale and scope of operations. The enterprise owns 03 large factories, 01 member company, 01 industrial cluster in Hanoi and Hai Duong, and 06 branches nationwide. The total investment capital of over USD 80 million is proof of CADI-SUN's strong commitment to sustainable development. The company uses materials and raw materials imported directly from abroad, ensuring purity and superior quality, along with a system of modern production lines and equipment invested synchronously from advanced countries such as Germany, France, England, Japan, Korea, and so on. The combination of clean materials, advanced technology and qualified human resources creates international quality products, meeting the most stringent standards of the market. Currently, CADI-SUN electric cables are present in key projects across the country, especially the establishment of strategic cooperation relationships with many large corporations in the world shows the prestige and position of the enterprise in the international arena.
According to the report at the recent Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Hanoi, CADI-SUN achieved impressive results in all aspects in 2024. Specifically, revenue increased by 51.6% over the same period. Production results of the three factories were profitable. Luong Dien Industrial Cluster operated stably, generating good revenue and profit. The company maintained stable human resources, ensuring jobs and stable income for more than 700 workers and employees.
With the three best policies - best product quality, most reasonable price and fastest goods supply, the General Meeting agreed to strive for a revenue growth of 15% in 2025. Notably, CADI-SUN will supplement modern production lines and equipment to the two factories of Dai Duong and Hoang Duong; invest in infrastructure of Luong Dien Service - Trade Industrial Cluster (Hai Duong) and continue to implement the Bac Duong factory expansion project to improve production capacity. In addition, the Company shall promote the application of digital technology, 4.0 technology and artificial intelligence in management, production and business to optimize operational efficiency and increase competitiveness.
History is a continuous flow but always has a beginning. The period of 40 years is a long journey with not only roses but also sweat and tears.
