As usual, every year on March 8th, the atmosphere in CADI-SUN is bustling and exciting with meaningful cultural and artistic activities, bringing joys as well as surprise to the Company’s female staff and employees. On the occasion of International Women’s Day of this year, the Company’s Executive Committee of Trade Union hold a Cooking Contest with the topic “Men in the kitchen”. The contest is participated by CADI-SUN’s male staff and employees.
Meal is one of the factors to close members of family together, and the woman is "fire keeper" for family’s meals. Through this contest, CADI-SUN’s men experienced feelings as "fire keeper" in a day to understand and share more with the hard works of mothers and wives in the families. More importantly, the contest teams’ finished products are considered as the most meaningful gift to give to female staff and employees on International Women’s Day - March 8th.
The contest took place in an extremely exciting atmosphere with the participation of 100 members of the Trade Union divided into three teams: Administration, business and Ocean factory. With skillful hands, members of the teams coordinated in teamwork and above all, their effusive affections for female staff and employees made contribution to source of fresh ideas for male colleagues to introduce tasty dishes with attractive color and appearance and highlighting the significance of the content to honor Vietnamese woman on the special day of "a half of the World".
Representative of the CADI-SUN’s Trade Union - Mr. Huynh Tan Quyen - Deputy General Director of the Company said: “Cooking contest in honor of March 08th is one of the internal cultural activities. A significant portion of the contest is aimed at and honors the important role of women in families as well as in society. Along with that, the Company also expects to bring an exchange opportunity among the units, thereby building the close and effective peer relationship in production and business activities”.
